Amara Raja Q3 net profit up 33% (YoY)
Amara Raja Batteries has announced the following Q3 Unaudited Standalone results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 (YoY)
Net Profit surged by 33.06% to Rs136.18 crore Vs Rs102.34 crore.
Total Income increased by 15.43% to Rs1236.45 crore Vs Rs1071.15 crore.

Manpasand Beverages: Net Profit at Rs.4.9 Cr Vs Loss Of Rs.2.6 Cr (YoY)
Total Income at Rs.90 Cr Vs Rs.51 Cr (YoY)
Other Income at Rs.3.5 Cr Vs Rs.0.3 Cr (YoY)
Finance Costs at Rs.0.3 Cr Vs Rs.2.9 Cr (YoY)

Sun TV drops as ED files charge sheet in Aircel-Maxis case
Shares of Sun TV dropped over 3% to Rs364 on NSE in otherwise positive markets on reports that the ED has filed charge sheet in Aircel-Maxis case.
Charge sheet names state Dayanidhi Maran, Kalanidhi Maran as accused. This is sentimentally negative for Sun TV.

Markets in red; RBI keeps key rates unchanged
Indian equities slipped into negative territory in the late morning deals on Tuesday after the Reserve Bank of India, in its sixth bi-monthly monetary policy review, kept key rates unchanged.

Bajaj Auto January 2016 volumes grow by 1.8% YoY
Bajaj Auto January 2016 volumes grew by 1.8% YoY at 293,939 units; in-line with estimates
Bajaj Auto Ltd motorcycle volumes for the month were up 2.4% YoY at 252,988 units.
Three wheeler volumes for the month were down 2.0% YoY to 40,951 units.
